Often times, there is so much more to a person than what you see. I’ve noticed doing these podcasts is that most, if not all, of the amazing friends and guests that have been part of the show have very humble beginnings. It’s difficult to imagine that these super successful, Jedi masters of business didn’t always have the golden touch.
Today’s guests are my great friends Flynn and Teri Paulson. Flynn and Teri formed Integrated Solutions in 2000 to create a platform where businesses are able to utilize a “one-stop shop” for all of their PEO & Insurance needs.
Integrated Employer is a professional employer organization that streamlines payroll, taxes, and compliance for over 400 client companies and 4,000 worksite employees.
Flynn and Teri created Integrated because they observed a need for an organization that specialized in the complex aspects of having employees; from payroll services to managing workers compensation benefits, as well as forming effective HR procedures and materials for small businesses.
