Today’s guest is a long-time friend and mentor, Brandon Fugal. This guy is an absolute titan, and the most successful person I know in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He is Chairman of Colliers International, the number one real estate firm in the Intermountain West. Recently, Brandon was named CCIM Utah Agent of the Year and 2019 Broker of the Year, for which he has been recognized for the majority of the past decade. He has sold over $6 billion dollars in real estate. Just in the last year, he has leased over 1.6 million square feet and negotiated over 150 major transactions.
