The Power of Intimate Relationships

It’s no secret that there is much power and value in the intimate relationships of our lives -- spouses, children, parents, siblings, best friends, whatever category those intimate relationships fall into. And yet, too few people work hard to prioritize those relationships. But the truth is, the work you put into those relationships serves as the training ground for growth in every other aspect of your life. Those intimate relationships are a gift that we receive, not a garment to wear and cast off. It is only when you are able to embrace that fact into your life, and begin showing up fully for those relationships that you may finally begin to taste the richness of life.

Today’s Guest

These brilliant bits of personal wisdom come from today’s guest, my friend and unstoppable world changer, Bryan Miller. He is a writer, coach, and philanthropist. Within the family enterprise, the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, Bryan serves on the board of directors and as Executive Director of Culture. Outside of the family enterprise, he’s president of a consultancy group that serves the needs of legacy families, helping them position themselves for multi-generational success. Bryan recently launched the School for Good Living, a coaching company dedicated to helping individuals live extraordinary lives of happiness, meaning, and contribution.
